IGCC's Trade Fair Activities
German Trade Fairs

The trade fair country Germany is No. 1 in the conduct of international trade fairs worldwide. Of the leading global trade fairs in the individual sectors, around two-thirds are held in Germany . Annually around 150 international trade fairs with over 160 000 exhibitors and 9 to 10 million visitors are organized. The most important positive feature of the German trade fairs is their internationality: more than half of the exhibitors come from abroad, of this total one-third from countries outside Europe . Of the visitors, almost one-fifth comes from abroad and of this a total of about 20% from overseas. This is as per a press release by the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA).

The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce is the official representative of major German Trade Fairs organized by Hannover Messe, Munich Fairs, Berlin Fairs, Nürnberg Fairs, The Toy Fair, Nürnberg and RE SALE, Karlsruhe . In addition to this, the IGCC also represents other international trade fairs organized by Messe Essen and Reed Exhibitions.
