“DEinternational” – the new service brand name of the IGCC

The international network of German Chambers of Commerce abroad (AHKs) with more 120 offices in 80 countries covers nearly 99% of the foreign trade. The AHK serves as a strong partner and a bridge between Germany and the host country. With this, companies interested in doing business abroad have at their disposal a helpful starting-point in the most important markets of the world.

DEinternational Staff

With the beginning of 2006, a new service-concept under the name “DEinternational” is being offered to clients of the bi-national chambers abroad. “DE" is the globally known Internet-Code for Germany , while “International" stands for the worldwide services. "International" is at the same time the official name of the foreign trade department of the Chambers of Commerce in Germany, so that the AHK-activities are inseparably integrated with the activities of their most important partners in Germany. The AHK-Offices worldwide thus open the door for "DEinternational".

DEinternational Staff

DEinternational is the collective worldwide service-offer of the German Chambers of Commerce abroad. The offer of DEinternational is varied, flexible and is tailor-made to suit the special needs of the client.
The concept involved is as follows:

•  The offer of basic services of the Chambers is presented in a more comparable form worldwide

•  Special services are expanded, improved upon and are also offered to the client when required on a cooperative basis

•  Together with additional partners, the AHKs are enlarging the range of services for promotion of foreign trade

Especially for medium-sized companies, this would mean better market access, better client orientation as also transparency and use of the network.

DEinternational at IGCC

The IGCC has been a pioneer in setting up the DEinternational department and has served as a prototype for the Asian region. Translation of documents

The IGCC translates and processes business documents so that obstacles such as language and cultural barriers are removed from the client's road to success.
